Safe patient information
With our unique end-to-end encryption we will bring the patient data securely within the walls of your office. Only the patient and the treating physician can view the information. Nobody else can, not even us. Improve complies with all GPDR 2018 requirements, and in the Netherlands it is hosted at an NEN 7510 and ISO 27001 certified data center.
Stronger patient involvement
Not everybody knows how to deal with computers, but almost everybody has a smart phone or an iPad. Because our work is barrier-free and secure through mobile devices, the response rate is very high (over 90%). The patient will get exactly the information and questions that are appropriate to them personally. For standard issues such as PTO (patient satisfaction survey), but also with chronic diseases (DM2, COPD, CVD) you can have your patients prepare at home to forward to their general practitioner and/or nurse-practitioner.
Make your own care modules
We offer your healthcare group a unique opportunity to design their own healthcare modules, scientific studies and patient education completely independently through the Improve Designer. Through our library you have access to the most frequently used PROMs questionnaires and care modules. As a healthcare group, you can prepare and customize this centrally for the GPs. This means that you create unity in the information and data. This makes it a lot easier to demonstrate quality to, for example, your health insurer. As a healthcare group you can, if you wish, process the data centrally and create dashboards. In this way, you can naturally involve your staff in the changes.
